Cancellation and Booking Policy
At Pack The Bag Tours, we aim to provide clarity and transparency regarding cancellations and bookings. Please review the details below carefully to understand our policies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
- 20 days or more before departure: 30% of the total package cost.
- Between 19 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
- 9 days or less before departure: 80% of the total package cost.
Booking Policy
Payment Schedule:
- Initial Amount: ₹7,500 per person at the time of booking.
- Bookings made 21 days or more before departure: 40% of the total package cost.
- Bookings made between 20 to 11 days before departure: 60% of the total package cost.
- Bookings made within 10 or fewer days before departure: 80% of the total package cost.
- On the day of tour commencement: 100% of the remaining package cost.
Rescheduling Charges
- Fee: ₹5,000 per person.
- Note: Rescheduling is not allowed within 9 days of the travel date.
Important Notes
- The above policies do not apply to non-refundable or 5-star hotels.
- These policies apply only to the land component of the package.
Terms & Conditions for Pack The Bag Tours
- Unused Services: No refund will be issued for unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing tours, or any other service. These components are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Hotel Room Allocation: Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in and is based on the category confirmed on your voucher.
- Service Expectations: Refunds for dissatisfaction with hotel services and amenities will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations: Once rescheduled, cancellations are not permitted.
- Refund Timeline: If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your account within 5-21 business days.
